About Our Products

As our products are raw and unfiltered there may be hive material present in your purchase. For more information see our extraction page. If you are still concerned about your purchase, continue reading for our Refund and Returns Policy.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products (food items), we are unable to accept returns for a change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• You will need to provide proof of purchase and photos of the product and packaging showing the damage or issue.

Refunds

Once we have received your request and supporting photos, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If your product is damaged or defective, we are happy to replace it with the same item. Please email us at orders@thebeelady.nz with your order details and photos.

Shipping Returns

In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged product to us for quality checks. We will provide instructions and cover the cost of return shipping if applicable.

Consumer Guarantees Act

Our policy does not limit your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If your goods are faulty or do not perform as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.
